This looks fun! Lots of agents here show with flip flops (lack of AC in those REOs!) We are also pretty casual! Bet y'all are a little more formal than we are! Back when I sold in Nebraska it was ultra formal. If we did something like this it would be a "wear dress shoes" party, LOL!
Renee- Flip-flops are definitely not the norm. There was even a contest. We decorated our flip-flops, then voted for the prettiest, most creative, etc.
Good reason for a party - that's all we wear down here....
Kathy- Our Flip-Flop weather is done, for this year. I'm now on my countdown to spring.
